Construction PBI Australia holds a Medium Rise Builder’s Licence and is a long serving member of the Master Builders Association. Some of our clients include - Design and Construct Services PBI Australia employs an in-house Architect, primarily to assist our clients in documenting ideas, completing designs and meeting compliance and certification requirements, whether for new construction, renovations and refurbishments or heritage structures. This unique service is particularly useful for smaller construction projects where the cost of a third party designer can be prohibitive to the cost of the overall works. Of course, PBI Australia holds appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance cover to protect all parties involved. Workshop Services PBI Australia has invested heavily in our own Workshop and manufacturing equipment which allows our competent tradesmen to refurbish unique building components ‘off-site’ or to create custom building elements which would normally be difficult or expensive to source. Our Workshop is capable of manufacturing structural and architectural steel building products, aluminium and stainless steel elements, timber and paneling components including small scale joinery. This is a unique in-house service we offer to our construction clients which often saves time and money without sacrificing quality. Concrete Services On the back of client demand, we have created our own in-house commercial concreting division. With our carefully selected team of Concreting tradesmen and full complement of plant and equipment, we are able to mobilise quickly and provide unique concrete solutions in and around busy commercial and public areas. Whether it be footpaths, driveways, concourses, civil works, rectification, removal and replacement or new concrete structures, PBI Australia has the in-house expertise to complete your project with minimal fuss and maximum professionalism. Plumbing Services Along with a Builder’s Licence, PBI Australia uniquely holds a separate QBCC Plumbing Licence. We employ licenced plumbers directly to provide our clients with quick response times and cost-effective solutions for all commercial and domestic situations. PBI Australia are able to provide all plumbing services from water reticulation, sanitary drainage, stormwater drainage, gas and hot water installations, whether it be for replacement, upgrade or new services. PBI Australia’s plumbers are experienced across all construction areas including domestic, commercial, industrial and civil. Roofing Services Since inception, PBI Australia has successfully undertaken countless complex re-roofing projects for corporate and government clients across the country. Our in-house design ability, construction and plumbing expertise and experienced tradesmen provide a complete ability to undertake large, complex and unique total or partial re-roofing works. Whether it’s steel, tile or structural concrete, PBI Australia has worked in all types of roofing environments and has immense experience in this particular field.
